The ideal layout must start with a wider space to place ready dishes, then a stove, oven or grill and a desktop. In the end there should be sink/ dishwasher, then a space to dry the dishes after washing. It will be easier for the waiter to take over the dishes at the kitchen entrance.
Secondly, its very important that kitchen must be big enough to accomodate many chefs. Everybody should move in discipline and in right order.
